Messengers

All-Seer

Why not

are sent down

to us

the Angels

l-malāikatu (الْمَلَائِكَةُ)

our Lord

Indeed

they have become arrogant

to him

the Messengers

We drowned them

and We made them

for mankind

a sign

And We have prepared

for the wrongdoers

a punishment

painful

and Thamud

we had been steadfast

His Mercy

and We send down

the sky

water

(to those) We created

cattle

anʿāman (أَنْعَامًا)

wa-anāsiyya (وَأَنَاسِيَّ)

many

kathīran (كَثِيرًا)

And verily

walaqad (وَلَقَدْ)

We have distributed it

ṣarrafnāhu (صَرَّفْنَاهُ)

among them

baynahum (بَيْنَهُمْ)

that they may remember

liyadhakkarū (لِيَذَّكَّرُوا)

but refuse

fa-abā (فَأَبَى)

(of) the people

l-nāsi (النَّاسِ)

disbelief

palatable

and sweet

and a partition

forbidden

And He

(is) the One Who

has created

khalaqa (خَلَقَ)

from

the water

l-māi (الْمَاءِ)

human being

basharan (بَشَرًا)

and has made (for) him

fajaʿalahu (فَجَعَلَهُ)

blood relationship

nasaban (نَسَبًا)

and marriage relationship

waṣih'ran (وَصِهْرًا)

And is

wakāna (وَكَانَ)

your Lord

All-Powerful

But they worship

Allah

(is) the Most Gracious

Should we prostrate

you order us

tamurunā (تَأْمُرُنَا)

And it increases them

Blessed is He

the skies

constellations

a lamp

and a moon

shining

munīran (مُنِيرًا)

And He

(is) the One Who

made

the night

al-layla (اللَّيْلَ)

and the day

wal-nahāra (وَالنَّهَارَ)

(in) succession

khil'fatan (خِلْفَةً)

for whoever

liman (لِمَنْ)

desires

arāda (أَرَادَ)

to

an (أَنْ)

remember

yadhakkara (يَذَّكَّرَ)

or

aw (أَوْ)

desires

to be thankful

And (the) slaves

(in) humbleness

the ignorant ones

before their Lord

lirabbihim (لِرَبِّهِمْ)

and standing

And those who

wa-alladhīna (وَالَّذِينَ)

Our Lord

(is) an evil

abode

and resting place

And those who

wa-alladhīna (وَالَّذِينَ)

they spend

anfaqū (أَنْفَقُوا)

(are) not

lam (لَمْ)

25:67:5

extravagant

yus'rifū (يُسْرِفُوا)

and not

walam (وَلَمْ)

are stingy

yaqturū (يَقْتُرُوا)

but are

wakāna (وَكَانَ)

25:67:9

between

bayna (بَيْنَ)

that

dhālika (ذَلِكَ)

moderate

qawāman (قَوَامًا)

And those who

wa-alladhīna (وَالَّذِينَ)

25:68:2

(do) not

lā (لَا)

25:68:3

invoke

yadʿūna (يَدْعُونَ)

25:68:4

with

maʿa (مَعَ)

25:68:5

Allah

l-lahi (اللَّهِ)

god

another

[they] kill

will meet

a penalty

Will be doubled

deeds

righteous

will replace

yubaddilu (يُبَدِّلُ)

Allah

their evil deeds

sayyiātihim (سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ)

(with) good ones

ḥasanātin (حَسَنَاتٍ)

And is

wakāna (وَكَانَ)

Allah

Oft-Forgiving

ghafūran (غَفُورًا)

Most Merciful

raḥīman (رَحِيمًا)

And whoever

waman (وَمَنْ)

repents

tāba (تَابَ)

and does

waʿamila (وَعَمِلَ)

25:71:4

righteous (deeds)

ṣāliḥan (صَالِحًا)

then indeed he

fa-innahu (فَإِنَّهُ)

25:71:6

turns

yatūbu (يَتُوبُ)

25:71:7

to

ilā (إِلَى)

25:71:8

Allah

l-lahi (اللَّهِ)

(with) repentance

matāban (مَتَابًا)

25:72:1

And those who

wa-alladhīna (وَالَّذِينَ)

25:72:2

(do) not

lā (لَا)

25:72:3

bear witness

yashhadūna (يَشْهَدُونَ)

(to) the falsehood

l-zūra (الزُّورَ)

and when

they pass

by futility

(as) dignified ones

And those who

wa-alladhīna (وَالَّذِينَ)

they are reminded

of (the) Verses

(of) their Lord

rabbihim (رَبِّهِمْ)

(do) not

lam (لَمْ)

fall

yakhirrū (يَخِرُّوا)

upon them

ʿalayhā (عَلَيْهَا)

deaf

ṣumman (صُمًّا)

and blind

And those who

wa-alladhīna (وَالَّذِينَ)

Our Lord

our spouses

comfort

(to) our eyes

and make us

wa-ij'ʿalnā (وَاجْعَلْنَا)

for the righteous

lil'muttaqīna (لِلْمُتَّقِينَ)

a leader

imāman (إِمَامًا)

Those

ulāika (أُولَئِكَ)

will be awarded

yuj'zawna (يُجْزَوْنَ)

the Chamber

they were patient

and they will be met

(with) greetings

taḥiyyatan (تَحِيَّةً)

and peace

Will abide forever

in it

Good

ḥasunat (حَسُنَتْ)

(is) the settlement

and a resting place

wamuqāman (وَمُقَامًا)

Say

Not

will care

your prayer (is to Him)

But verily

faqad (فَقَدْ)

you have denied

kadhabtum (كَذَّبْتُمْ)

so soon

fasawfa (فَسَوْفَ)
