All-Wise

All-Aware

And put your trust

Allah

And is sufficient

(as) Disposer of affairs

your wives

you declare unlawful

tuẓāhirūna (تُظَاهِرُونَ)

[of them]

min'hunna (مِنْهُنَّ)

(as) your mothers

ummahātikum (أُمَّهَاتِكُمْ)

And not

wamā (وَمَا)

He has made

your adopted sons

adʿiyāakum (أَدْعِيَاءَكُمْ)

your sons

abnāakum (أَبْنَاءَكُمْ)

That

dhālikum (ذَلِكُمْ)

(is) your saying

qawlukum (قَوْلُكُمْ)

by your mouths

bi-afwāhikum (بِأَفْوَاهِكُمْ)

but Allah

wal-lahu (وَاللَّهُ)

the truth

l-ḥaqa (الْحَقَّ)

and He

guides

yahdī (يَهْدِي)

(to) the Way

l-sabīla (السَّبِيلَ)

Call them

id'ʿūhum (ادْعُوهُمْ)

by their fathers

liābāihim (لِءَابَائِهِمْ)

it

huwa (هُوَ)

(is) more just

aqsaṭu (أَقْسَطُ)

near

ʿinda (عِنْدَ)

Allah

lam (لَمْ)

you know

their fathers

ābāahum (ءَابَاءَهُمْ)

then (they are) your brothers

fa-ikh'wānukum (فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ)

33:5:12

in

[the] religion

l-dīni (الدِّينِ)

and your friends

wamawālīkum (وَمَوَالِيكُمْ)

But not is

walaysa (وَلَيْسَ)

upon you

ʿalaykum (عَلَيْكُمْ)

any blame

junāḥun (جُنَاحٌ)

33:5:18

in what

fīmā (فِيمَا)

33:5:19

you made a mistake

akhṭatum (أَخْطَأْتُمْ)

in it

bihi (بِهِ)

33:5:21

but

walākin (وَلَكِنْ)

what

intended

your hearts

And that is

Allah

(is) Oft-Forgiving

ghafūran (غَفُورًا)

Most Merciful

raḥīman (رَحِيمًا)

The Prophet

(is) closer

to the believers

bil-mu'minīna (بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ)

their own selves

(are) their mothers

And possessors

(of) relationships

a covenant

strong

ghalīẓan (غَلِيظًا)

That He may ask

liyasala (لِيَسْءَلَ)

the truthful

l-ṣādiqīna (الصَّادِقِينَ)

about

their truth

And He has prepared

wa-aʿadda (وَأَعَدَّ)

for the disbelievers

lil'kāfirīna (لِلْكَافِرِينَ)

a punishment

ʿadhāban (عَذَابًا)

painful

alīman (أَلِيمًا)

O you

yāayyuhā (يَاأَيُّهَا)

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

believe

āmanū (ءَامَنُوا)

Remember

(the) Favor

(of) Allah

upon you

came to you

(the) hosts

and We sent

upon them

a wind

and hosts

wajunūdan (وَجُنُودًا)

you (could) see them

the hearts

and you assumed

the hypocrites

(was) a disease

maraḍun (مَرَضٌ)

and His messenger

delusion

to flee

And certainly

promised

a mercy

besides

and not

any helper

Verily

knows

yaʿlamu (يَعْلَمُ)

Allah

those who hinder

among you

and those who say

wal-qāilīna (وَالْقَائِلِينَ)

to their brothers

li-ikh'wānihim (لِإِخْوَانِهِمْ)

Come

to us

ilaynā (إِلَيْنَا)

and not

they come

(to) the battle

a few

Miserly

ashiḥḥatan (أَشِحَّةً)

towards you

the fear

you see them

looking

at you

revolving

tadūru (تَدُورُ)

their eyes

like one who

faints

sharp

miserly

towards

the good

so made worthless

and spoke the truth

(who) have been true

they promised

has fulfilled

his vow

(is he) who

the truthful

for their truth

the hypocrites

l-munāfiqīna (الْمُنَافِقِينَ)

turn in mercy

and their properties

and a land

(with) a release

good

and the obedient men

a Bounty

the disbelievers

and the hypocrites

and disregard

their harm

and put your trust

Send blessings

and greet him

(with) greetings

Indeed

annoy

Allah

and His Messenger

has cursed them

and the Hereafter

their outer garments

and they misled us

and the mountains

but they refused

to

bear it

and they feared

wa-ashfaqna (وَأَشْفَقْنَ)

from it

but bore it

the man

l-insānu (الْإِنْسَانُ)

Indeed he

unjust

and the polytheist men

and will turn (in Mercy)
