(is) the One Who

alladhī (الَّذِي)

created you

khalaqakum (خَلَقَكُمْ)

He decreed

with Him

ʿindahu (عِنْدَهُ)

yet

thumma (ثُمَّ)

you

antum (أَنْتُمْ)

6:2:14

doubt

tamtarūna (تَمْتَرُونَ)

And He

(is) Allah

l-lahu (اللَّهُ)

the heavens

the earth

l-arḍi (الْأَرْضِ)

He knows

your secret

and what you make public

wajahrakum (وَجَهْرَكُمْ)

and He knows

(the) Signs

(of) their Lord

they are

from it

ʿanhā (عَنْهَا)

turning away

muʿ'riḍīna (مُعْرِضِينَ)

Then indeed

faqad (فَقَدْ)

6:5:2

they denied

kadhabū (كَذَّبُوا)

6:5:3

the truth

bil-ḥaqi (بِالْحَقِّ)

6:5:4

when

lammā (لَمَّا)

6:5:5

it came to them

jāahum (جَاءَهُمْ)

6:5:6

but soon

fasawfa (فَسَوْفَ)

will come to them

yatīhim (يَأْتِيهِمْ)

news

anbāu (أَنبَؤُا)

We destroyed

we (have) established

And We sent

wa-arsalnā (وَأَرْسَلْنَا)

(rain from) the sky

l-samāa (السَّمَاءَ)

upon them

ʿalayhim (عَلَيْهِمْ)

6:6:19

showering abundantly

mid'rāran (مِدْرَارًا)

and We made

wajaʿalnā (وَجَعَلْنَا)

6:6:21

the rivers

l-anhāra (الْأَنْهَارَ)

flow

tajrī (تَجْرِي)

from

min (مِنْ)

6:6:24

underneath them

taḥtihim (تَحْتِهِمْ)

Then We destroyed them

fa-ahlaknāhum (فَأَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ)

for their sins

bidhunūbihim (بِذُنُوبِهِمْ)

and We raised

wa-anshanā (وَأَنْشَأْنَا)

6:6:28

from

after them

baʿdihim (بَعْدِهِمْ)

generations

qarnan (قَرْنًا)

other

ākharīna (ءَاخَرِينَ)

And (even) if

walaw (وَلَوْ)

We (had) sent down

nazzalnā (نَزَّلْنَا)

to you

ʿalayka (عَلَيْكَ)

a written Scripture

kitāban (كِتَابًا)

6:7:5

in

fī (فِي)

6:7:6

a parchment

qir'ṭāsin (قِرْطَاسٍ)

and they touched it

falamasūhu (فَلَمَسُوهُ)

6:7:8

with their hands

bi-aydīhim (بِأَيْدِيهِمْ)

surely (would) have said

laqāla (لَقَالَ)

6:7:10

those who

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

6:7:11

disbelieved

kafarū (كَفَرُوا)

6:7:12

Not

in (إِنْ)

6:7:13

(is) this

hādhā (هَذَا)

6:7:14

but

illā (إِلَّا)

6:7:15

magic

siḥ'run (سِحْرٌ)

clear

mubīnun (مُبِينٌ)

6:8:1

And they said

waqālū (وَقَالُوا)

6:8:2

Why has not been

lawlā (لَوْلَا)

sent down

unzila (أُنْزِلَ)

to him

ʿalayhi (عَلَيْهِ)

6:8:5

an Angel

malakun (مَلَكٌ)

6:8:6

And if

walaw (وَلَوْ)

6:8:7

We (had) sent down

anzalnā (أَنْزَلْنَا)

6:8:8

an Angel

malakan (مَلَكًا)

6:8:9

surely (would) have been decided

laquḍiya (لَقُضِيَ)

6:8:10

the matter

l-amru (الْأَمْرُ)

6:8:11

then

thumma (ثُمَّ)

6:8:12

no

lā (لَا)

6:8:13

respite would have been granted

yunẓarūna (يُنْظَرُونَ)

6:9:1

And if

walaw (وَلَوْ)

6:9:2

We had made him

jaʿalnāhu (جَعَلْنَاهُ)

6:9:3

an Angel

malakan (مَلَكًا)

6:9:4

certainly We (would) have made him

lajaʿalnāhu (لَجَعَلْنَاهُ)

6:9:5

a man

rajulan (رَجُلًا)

6:9:6

and certainly We (would) have obscured

walalabasnā (وَلَلَبَسْنَا)

6:9:7

to them

ʿalayhim (عَلَيْهِمْ)

6:9:8

what

mā (مَا)

6:9:9

they are obscuring

yalbisūna (يَلْبِسُونَ)

6:10:1

And indeed

walaqadi (وَلَقَدِ)

6:10:2

were mocked

us'tuh'zi-a (اسْتُهْزِئَ)

Messengers

birusulin (بِرُسُلٍ)

from

before you

qablika (قَبْلِكَ)

but surrounded

those who

bi-alladhīna (بِالَّذِينَ)

scoffed

sakhirū (سَخِرُوا)

of them

kānū (كَانُوا)

To whom (belongs)

liman (لِمَنْ)

(is) in

the heavens

To Allah

lillahi (لِلَّهِ)

He has decreed

kataba (كَتَبَ)

upon

ʿalā (عَلَى)

Himself

nafsihi (نَفْسِهِ)

the Mercy

l-raḥmata (الرَّحْمَةَ)

6:12:13

Surely He will assemble you

layajmaʿannakum (لَيَجْمَعَنَّكُمْ)

6:12:14

on

ilā (إِلَى)

6:12:15

(the) Day

yawmi (يَوْمِ)

6:12:16

(of) the Resurrection

l-qiyāmati (الْقِيَامَةِ)

6:12:17

(there is) no

lā (لَا)

6:12:18

doubt

rayba (رَيْبَ)

about it

fīhi (فِيهِ)

6:12:20

Those who

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

6:12:21

have lost

khasirū (خَسِرُوا)

themselves

anfusahum (أَنْفُسَهُمْ)

then they

fahum (فَهُمْ)

6:12:24

(do) not

lā (لَا)

6:12:25

believe

yu'minūna (يُؤْمِنُونَ)

6:13:1

And for Him

walahu (وَلَهُ)

6:13:2

(is) whatever

mā (مَا)

6:13:3

dwells

sakana (سَكَنَ)

in

the night

al-layli (اللَّيْلِ)

and the day

wal-nahāri (وَالنَّهَارِ)

and He

(is) All-Hearing

l-samīʿu (السَّمِيعُ)

All-Knowing

l-ʿalīmu (الْعَلِيمُ)

Say

Is it other than

aghayra (أَغَيْرَ)

6:14:3

Allah

l-lahi (اللَّهِ)

I (should) take

attakhidhu (أَتَّخِذُ)

6:14:5

(as) a protector

waliyyan (وَلِيًّا)

6:14:6

Creator

fāṭiri (فَاطِرِ)

(of) the heavens

and the earth

wal-arḍi (وَالْأَرْضِ)

while (it is) He

Who feeds

yuṭ'ʿimu (يُطْعِمُ)

and not

walā (وَلَا)

6:14:12

He is fed

yuṭ'ʿamu (يُطْعَمُ)

6:14:13

Say

qul (قُلْ)

Indeed I

innī (إِنِّي)

6:14:15

[I] am commanded

umir'tu (أُمِرْتُ)

6:14:16

that

I be

(the) first

awwala (أَوَّلَ)

who

man (مَنْ)

submits (to Allah)

aslama (أَسْلَمَ)

and not

walā (وَلَا)

the polytheists

l-mush'rikīna (الْمُشْرِكِينَ)

Say

Indeed I

innī (إِنِّي)

[I] fear

akhāfu (أَخَافُ)

6:15:4

if

in (إِنْ)

6:15:5

I disobeyed

ʿaṣaytu (عَصَيْتُ)

my Lord

rabbī (رَبِّي)

6:15:7

punishment

ʿadhāba (عَذَابَ)

6:15:8

(of) a Day

yawmin (يَوْمٍ)

6:15:9

Mighty

ʿaẓīmin (عَظِيمٍ)

6:16:1

Whoever

man (مَنْ)

6:16:2

is averted

yuṣ'raf (يُصْرَفْ)

6:16:3

from it

ʿanhu (عَنْهُ)

6:16:4

that Day

yawma-idhin (يَوْمَئِذٍ)

6:16:5

then surely

faqad (فَقَدْ)

6:16:6

He had Mercy on him

raḥimahu (رَحِمَهُ)

6:16:7

And that

wadhālika (وَذَلِكَ)

6:16:8

(is) the success

l-fawzu (الْفَوْزُ)

(the) clear

l-mubīnu (الْمُبِينُ)

And if

wa-in (وَإِنْ)

touches you

yamsaska (يَمْسَسْكَ)

Allah

with affliction

then no

Him

with good

bikhayrin (بِخَيْرٍ)

then He

(is) on

ʿalā (عَلَى)

All-Powerful

qadīrun (قَدِيرٌ)

6:18:1

And He

wahuwa (وَهُوَ)

(is) the Subjugator

l-qāhiru (الْقَاهِرُ)

over

fawqa (فَوْقَ)

His slaves

ʿibādihi (عِبَادِهِ)

And He

wahuwa (وَهُوَ)

(is) the All-Wise

the All-Aware

l-khabīru (الْخَبِيرُ)

and has been revealed

waūḥiya (وَأُوحِيَ)

6:19:12

to me

ilayya (إِلَيَّ)

6:19:13

this

hādhā (هَذَا)

[the] Quran

l-qur'ānu (الْقُرْءَانُ)

that I may warn you

li-undhirakum (لِأُنْذِرَكُمْ)

6:19:16

with it

bihi (بِهِ)

6:19:17

and whoever

waman (وَمَنْ)

6:19:18

it reaches

balagha (بَلَغَ)

Do you truly

a-innakum (أَئِنَّكُمْ)

6:19:20

testify

latashhadūna (لَتَشْهَدُونَ)

6:19:21

that

anna (أَنَّ)

6:19:22

with

maʿa (مَعَ)

6:19:23

Allah

l-lahi (اللَّهِ)

(there are) gods

ālihatan (ءَالِهَةً)

6:19:25

other

ukh'rā (أُخْرَى)

6:19:26

Say

Not

lā (لَا)

(do) I testify

ashhadu (أَشْهَدُ)

Say

Only

innamā (إِنَّمَا)

you associate (with Him)

Those (to) whom

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

We have given them

the Book

l-kitāba (الْكِتَابَ)

6:20:4

they recognize him

yaʿrifūnahu (يَعْرِفُونَهُ)

kamā (كَمَا)

they recognize

yaʿrifūna (يَعْرِفُونَ)

their sons

Those who

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

lost

themselves

then they

fahum (فَهُمْ)

lā (لَا)

6:20:13

believe

yu'minūna (يُؤْمِنُونَ)

And who

waman (وَمَنْ)

6:21:2

(is) more unjust

aẓlamu (أَظْلَمُ)

6:21:3

than (he) who

mimmani (مِمَّنِ)

6:21:4

invents

if'tarā (افْتَرَى)

6:21:5

against

ʿalā (عَلَى)

6:21:6

Allah

l-lahi (اللَّهِ)

6:21:7

a lie

kadhiban (كَذِبًا)

6:21:8

or

aw (أَوْ)

6:21:9

rejects

kadhaba (كَذَّبَ)

6:21:10

His Signs

biāyātihi (بِءَايَاتِهِ)

6:21:11

Indeed

innahu (إِنَّهُ)

6:21:12

not

lā (لَا)

6:21:13

will be successful

yuf'liḥu (يُفْلِحُ)

the wrongdoers

And (the) Day

We will gather them

naḥshuruhum (نَحْشُرُهُمْ)

all

jamīʿan (جَمِيعًا)

6:22:4

then

thumma (ثُمَّ)

6:22:5

We will say

naqūlu (نَقُولُ)

6:22:6

to those who

lilladhīna (لِلَّذِينَ)

6:22:7

associated others with Allah

ashrakū (أَشْرَكُوا)

6:22:8

Where (are)

ayna (أَيْنَ)

ا ى ن (root)

6:22:9

your partners

shurakāukumu (شُرَكَاؤُكُمُ)

6:22:10

those whom

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

6:22:11

you used to

kuntum (كُنْتُمْ)

6:22:12

claim

tazʿumūna (تَزْعُمُونَ)

6:23:1

Then

thumma (ثُمَّ)

6:23:2

not

lam (لَمْ)

6:23:3

will be

takun (تَكُنْ)

(for) them a plea

fit'natuhum (فِتْنَتُهُمْ)

except

illā (إِلَّا)

that

they say

By Allah

wal-lahi (وَاللَّهِ)

our Lord

we were

kunnā (كُنَّا)

6:23:12

those who associated others (with Allah)

mush'rikīna (مُشْرِكِينَ)

6:24:1

Look

unẓur (انْظُرْ)

6:24:2

how

kayfa (كَيْفَ)

6:24:3

they lied

kadhabū (كَذَبُوا)

6:24:4

against

ʿalā (عَلَى)

6:24:5

themselves

anfusihim (أَنْفُسِهِمْ)

And lost

waḍalla (وَضَلَّ)

6:24:7

from them

ʿanhum (عَنْهُمْ)

6:24:8

what

mā (مَا)

they used to

kānū (كَانُوا)

invent

yaftarūna (يَفْتَرُونَ)

6:25:1

And among them

wamin'hum (وَمِنْهُمْ)

6:25:2

(are those) who

man (مَنْ)

6:25:3

listen

yastamiʿu (يَسْتَمِعُ)

6:25:4

to you

ilayka (إِلَيْكَ)

6:25:5

but We have placed

wajaʿalnā (وَجَعَلْنَا)

6:25:6

over

ʿalā (عَلَى)

6:25:7

their hearts

qulūbihim (قُلُوبِهِمْ)

6:25:8

coverings

akinnatan (أَكِنَّةً)

ك ن ن (root)

6:25:9

lest

an (أَنْ)

6:25:10

they understand it

yafqahūhu (يَفْقَهُوهُ)

ف ق ه (root)

6:25:11

and in

wafī (وَفِي)

6:25:12

their ears

ādhānihim (ءَاذَانِهِمْ)

deafness

waqran (وَقْرًا)

And if

wa-in (وَإِنْ)

6:25:15

they see

yaraw (يَرَوْا)

every

sign

they will believe

yu'minū (يُؤْمِنُوا)

6:25:20

in it

bihā (بِهَا)

6:25:21

Until

ḥattā (حَتَّى)

6:25:22

when

idhā (إِذَا)

6:25:23

they come to you

they perceive

were sent back

nuraddu (نُرَدُّ)

and not

walā (وَلَا)

we would deny

(the) Signs

(of) our Lord

rabbinā (رَبِّنَا)

and we would be

wanakūna (وَنَكُونَ)

the believers

l-mu'minīna (الْمُؤْمِنِينَ)

Nay

(of) the world

a play

and amusement

but the home

(of) the Hereafter

(is) best

khayrun (خَيْرٌ)

for those who

lilladhīna (لِلَّذِينَ)

(are) God conscious

yattaqūna (يَتَّقُونَ)

6:32:12

Then not

afalā (أَفَلَا)

(will) you reason

taʿqilūna (تَعْقِلُونَ)

Indeed

We know

naʿlamu (نَعْلَمُ)

that it

innahu (إِنَّهُ)

grieves you

layaḥzunuka (لَيَحْزُنُكَ)

what

alladhī (الَّذِي)

they say

yaqūlūna (يَقُولُونَ)

And indeed they

(do) not

lā (لَا)

deny you

walākinna (وَلَكِنَّ)

the wrongdoers

Messengers

but they were patient

and they were harmed

and surely

has come to you

of (the) news

(of) the Messengers

l-mur'salīna (الْمُرْسَلِينَ)

difficult

for you

their aversion

you are able

is'taṭaʿta (اسْتَطَعْتَ)

seek

tabtaghiya (تَبْتَغِيَ)

a tunnel

nafaqan (نَفَقًا)

in

fī (فِي)

the earth

l-arḍi (الْأَرْضِ)

or

aw (أَوْ)

a ladder

sullaman (سُلَّمًا)

l-samāi (السَّمَاءِ)

so that you bring to them

fatatiyahum (فَتَأْتِيَهُمْ)

a Sign

(had) willed

Allah

surely He (would) have gathered them

lajamaʿahum (لَجَمَعَهُمْ)

the guidance

l-hudā (الْهُدَى)

So (do) not

falā (فَلَا)

be

takūnanna (تَكُونَنَّ)

of

mina (مِنَ)

the ignorant

l-jāhilīna (الْجَاهِلِينَ)

Only

innamā (إِنَّمَا)

respond

yastajību (يَسْتَجِيبُ)

those who

But the dead

will resurrect them

to Him

they will be returned

nations

before you

then We seized them

fa-akhadhnāhum (فَأَخَذْنَاهُمْ)

6:42:8

with adversity

bil-basāi (بِالْبَأْسَاءِ)

6:42:9

and hardship

wal-ḍarāi (وَالضَّرَّاءِ)

6:42:10

so that they may

laʿallahum (لَعَلَّهُمْ)

6:42:11

humble themselves

yataḍarraʿūna (يَتَضَرَّعُونَ)

Then why not

falawlā (فَلَوْلَا)

when

came to them

Our punishment

they humbled themselves

became hardened

and made fair-seeming

to them

the Shaitaan

they used to

falammā (فَلَمَّا)

they forgot

they rejoiced

they were given

We seized them

akhadhnāhum (أَخَذْنَاهُمْ)

suddenly

they

(were) dumbfounded

upon them

will grieve

any protector

(are) ones whom

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

has guided

Allah

so of their guidance

fabihudāhumu (فَبِهُدَاهُمُ)

you follow

iq'tadih (اقْتَدِهْ)

so that you may warn

(the) mother

(of) the cities

(are) around it

ḥawlahā (حَوْلَهَا)

And those who

wa-alladhīna (وَالَّذِينَ)

believe

yu'minūna (يُؤْمِنُونَ)

in the Hereafter

bil-ākhirati (بِالْءَاخِرَةِ)

they believe

yu'minūna (يُؤْمِنُونَ)

in it

bihi (بِهِ)

and they

wahum (وَهُمْ)

over

their prayers

(are) guarding

(is) more unjust

invents

a lie

It has been inspired

partners (with Allah)

Indeed

laqad (لَقَدْ)

have been severed (bonds)

taqaṭṭaʿa (تَقَطَّعَ)

between you

baynakum (بَيْنَكُمْ)

and is lost

waḍalla (وَضَلَّ)

are you deluded

(He is the) Cleaver

(of) the daybreak

the night

(for) rest

and the moon

(for) reckoning

(of) the All-Mighty

(is) the One Who

(has) produced you

ansha-akum (أَنْشَأَكُمْ)

from

a soul

nafsin (نَفْسٍ)

single

wāḥidatin (وَاحِدَةٍ)

so (there is) a place of dwelling

famus'taqarrun (فَمُسْتَقَرٌّ)

and a resting place

thick clustered

its fruit

and they falsely attribute

Then whoever

faman (فَمَنْ)

sees

then (it is) for his soul

falinafsihi (فَلِنَفْسِهِ)

and whoever

waman (وَمَنْ)

6:104:10

(is) blind

ʿamiya (عَمِيَ)

then (it is) against himself

faʿalayhā (فَعَلَيْهَا)

And not

associated partners (with Him)

We have made you

jaʿalnāka (جَعَلْنَاكَ)

over them

ʿalayhim (عَلَيْهِمْ)

6:107:9

a guardian

ḥafīẓan (حَفِيظًا)

6:107:10

and not

wamā (وَمَا)

6:107:11

you

anta (أَنْتَ)

(are) over them

ʿalayhim (عَلَيْهِمْ)

a manager

biwakīlin (بِوَكِيلٍ)

And (do) not

insult

they invoke

lest they insult

knowledge

kadhālika (كَذَلِكَ)

We have made fair-seeming

zayyannā (زَيَّنَّا)

6:108:15

to every

likulli (لِكُلِّ)

6:108:16

community

ummatin (أُمَّةٍ)

6:108:17

their deed

ʿamalahum (عَمَلَهُمْ)

6:108:18

Then

thumma (ثُمَّ)

6:108:19

to

ilā (إِلَى)

6:108:20

their Lord

rabbihim (رَبِّهِمْ)

6:108:21

(is) their return

marjiʿuhum (مَرْجِعُهُمْ)

6:108:22

then He will inform them

fayunabbi-uhum (فَيُنَبِّئُهُمْ)

6:108:23

about what

bimā (بِمَا)

6:108:24

they used to

kānū (كَانُوا)

6:108:25

do

yaʿmalūna (يَعْمَلُونَ)

6:109:1

And they swear

wa-aqsamū (وَأَقْسَمُوا)

by Allah

bil-lahi (بِاللَّهِ)

strongest

jahda (جَهْدَ)

(of) their oaths

aymānihim (أَيْمَانِهِمْ)

came to them

a sign

āyatun (ءَايَةٌ)

they would surely believe

layu'minunna (لَيُؤْمِنُنَّ)

in it

Say

Only

innamā (إِنَّمَا)

the signs

l-āyātu (الْءَايَاتُ)

(are) with

ʿinda (عِنْدَ)

Allah

will make you perceive

yush'ʿirukum (يُشْعِرُكُمْ)

that [it]

it comes

they will believe

And We will turn

wanuqallibu (وَنُقَلِّبُ)

their hearts

afidatahum (أَفْئِدَتَهُمْ)

and their sights

wa-abṣārahum (وَأَبْصَارَهُمْ)

(just) as

kamā (كَمَا)

not

lam (لَمْ)

they believe

in it

bihi (بِهِ)

(the) first

awwala (أَوَّلَ)

time

marratin (مَرَّةٍ)

And We will leave them

wanadharuhum (وَنَذَرُهُمْ)

in

their transgression

wandering blindly

yaʿmahūna (يَعْمَهُونَ)

to them

the Angels

l-malāikata (الْمَلَائِكَةَ)

and spoken to them

wakallamahumu (وَكَلَّمَهُمُ)

the dead

l-mawtā (الْمَوْتَى)

and We gathered

waḥasharnā (وَحَشَرْنَا)

before them

ʿalayhim (عَلَيْهِمْ)

every

kulla (كُلَّ)

thing

shayin (شَيْءٍ)

face to face

qubulan (قُبُلًا)

6:111:13

not

they were

kānū (كَانُوا)

to believe

liyu'minū (لِيُؤْمِنُوا)

unless

devils

(from) the mankind

l-insi (الْإِنْسِ)

and the jinn

wal-jini (وَالْجِنِّ)

inspiring

yūḥī (يُوحِي)

6:112:10

some of them

baʿḍuhum (بَعْضُهُمْ)

to

ilā (إِلَى)

6:112:12

others

baʿḍin (بَعْضٍ)

6:112:13

(with) decorative

zukh'rufa (زُخْرُفَ)

[the] speech

l-qawli (الْقَوْلِ)

(in) deception

ghurūran (غُرُورًا)

your Lord

and so that they may be pleased with it

the Book

l-kitāba (الْكِتَابَ)

And those (to) whom

wa-alladhīna (وَالَّذِينَ)

We gave them

the ones who doubt

knowledge

Indeed

your Lord

so that they dispute with you

you obey them

and We gave him life

light

he walks

the people

to the disbelievers

they plot

against themselves

bi-anfusihim (بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ)

and not

they perceive

faṣṣalnā (فَصَّلْنَا)

the Verses

for a people

liqawmin (لِقَوْمٍ)

6:126:9

who take heed

yadhakkarūna (يَذَّكَّرُونَ)

6:127:1

For them

lahum (لَهُمْ)

(will be) home

dāru (دَارُ)

(of) [the] peace

l-salāmi (السَّلَامِ)

with

ʿinda (عِنْدَ)

their Lord

rabbihim (رَبِّهِمْ)

And He

(will be) their protecting friend

waliyyuhum (وَلِيُّهُمْ)

because

bimā (بِمَا)

6:127:9

(of what) they used to

kānū (كَانُوا)

do

yaʿmalūna (يَعْمَلُونَ)

6:128:1

And (the) Day

wayawma (وَيَوْمَ)

He will gather them

yaḥshuruhum (يَحْشُرُهُمْ)

6:128:3

all

jamīʿan (جَمِيعًا)

6:128:4

(and will say) O assembly

yāmaʿshara (يَامَعْشَرَ)

(of) [the] jinn

l-jini (الْجِنِّ)

Certainly

qadi (قَدِ)

you have (misled) many

is'takthartum (اسْتَكْثَرْتُمْ)

the mankind

l-insi (الْإِنْسِ)

6:128:10

And will say

waqāla (وَقَالَ)

6:128:11

their friends

awliyāuhum (أَوْلِيَاؤُهُمْ)

6:128:12

among

mina (مِنَ)

6:128:13

the men

l-insi (الْإِنْسِ)

6:128:14

Our Lord

rabbanā (رَبَّنَا)

6:128:15

profited

is'tamtaʿa (اسْتَمْتَعَ)

some of us

baʿḍunā (بَعْضُنَا)

by others

bibaʿḍin (بِبَعْضٍ)

and we have reached

wabalaghnā (وَبَلَغْنَا)

O assembly

(is) for our partners

lishurakāinā (لِشُرَكَائِنَا)

for their partners

(does) not

falā (فَلَا)

reach

the polytheists

l-mush'rikīna (الْمُشْرِكِينَ)

(the) killing

qatla (قَتْلَ)

(of) their children

awlādihim (أَوْلَادِهِمْ)

6:137:8

their partners

shurakāuhum (شُرَكَاؤُهُمْ)

6:137:9

so that they may ruin them

liyur'dūhum (لِيُرْدُوهُمْ)

and that they make confusing

waliyalbisū (وَلِيَلْبِسُوا)

6:137:11

to them

ʿalayhim (عَلَيْهِمْ)

their religion

dīnahum (دِينَهُمْ)

(had) willed

shāa (شَاءَ)

Allah

they (would) have done so

jannātin (جَنَّاتٍ)

trellised

and other than

and the date-palm

(are) those who wait

muntaẓirūna (مُنْتَظِرُونَ)

those who

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

6:159:3

divide

farraqū (فَرَّقُوا)

their religion

dīnahum (دِينَهُمْ)

and become

wakānū (وَكَانُوا)

6:159:6

sects

shiyaʿan (شِيَعًا)

you are not

lasta (لَسْتَ)

with them

min'hum (مِنْهُمْ)

anything

Only

innamā (إِنَّمَا)

their affair

amruhum (أَمْرُهُمْ)

(is) with

ilā (إِلَى)

Allah

l-lahi (اللَّهِ)

thumma (ثُمَّ)

He will inform them

yunabbi-uhum (يُنَبِّئُهُمْ)

of what

bimā (بِمَا)

they used to

kānū (كَانُوا)

yafʿalūna (يَفْعَلُونَ)

Whoever

with a good deed

And whoever

with an evil deed

bil-sayi-ati (بِالسَّيِّئَةِ)

then not

falā (فَلَا)

6:160:11

he will be recompensed

yuj'zā (يُجْزَى)

6:160:12

except

illā (إِلَّا)

6:160:13

the like of it

mith'lahā (مِثْلَهَا)

6:160:14

and they

wahum (وَهُمْ)

6:160:15

not

lā (لَا)

6:160:16

will be wronged

yuẓ'lamūna (يُظْلَمُونَ)

a religion

my prayer

and my rites of sacrifice

wanusukī (وَنُسُكِي)

and my living

wamaḥyāya (وَمَحْيَايَ)

and my dying

wamamātī (وَمَمَاتِي)

(are) for Allah

lillahi (لِلَّهِ)

(of) the worlds

l-ʿālamīna (الْعَالَمِينَ)

for Him

I have been commanded

(of) the ones who surrender (to Him)

then He will inform you

fayunabbi-ukum (فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ)

about what

bimā (بِمَا)

you were

kuntum (كُنْتُمْ)

6:164:28

concerning it

fīhi (فِيهِ)

differing

takhtalifūna (تَخْتَلِفُونَ)

And He

(is) the One Who

alladhī (الَّذِي)

(has) made you

jaʿalakum (جَعَلَكُمْ)

and raised

[certainly] Oft-Forgiving
