All-Powerful

(is) a disbeliever

kāfirun (كَافِرٌ)

64:2:6

and among you

waminkum (وَمِنْكُمْ)

64:2:7

(is) a believer

mu'minun (مُؤْمِنٌ)

64:2:8

And Allah

wal-lahu (وَاللَّهُ)

64:2:9

of what

bimā (بِمَا)

you do

taʿmalūna (تَعْمَلُونَ)

(is) All-Seer

baṣīrun (بَصِيرٌ)

He created

khalaqa (خَلَقَ)

the heavens

l-samāwāti (السَّمَاوَاتِ)

and the earth

wal-arḍa (وَالْأَرْضَ)

with truth

bil-ḥaqi (بِالْحَقِّ)

and He formed you

waṣawwarakum (وَصَوَّرَكُمْ)

and made good

fa-aḥsana (فَأَحْسَنَ)

your forms

ṣuwarakum (صُوَرَكُمْ)

ص و ر (root)

and to Him

wa-ilayhi (وَإِلَيْهِ)

64:3:9

(is) the final return

l-maṣīru (الْمَصِيرُ)

He knows

yaʿlamu (يَعْلَمُ)

what

(is) in

the heavens

And Allah

(is) All-Knowing

(is in) the breasts

l-ṣudūri (الصُّدُورِ)

Has not

alam (أَلَمْ)

come to you

(the) news

naba-u (نَبَؤُا)

(of) those who

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

disbelieved

kafarū (كَفَرُوا)

So they tasted

fadhāqū (فَذَاقُوا)

(the bad) consequence

(of) their affair

and for them

walahum (وَلَهُمْ)

(is) a punishment

ʿadhābun (عَذَابٌ)

painful

alīmun (أَلِيمٌ)

dhālika (ذَلِكَ)

(is) because

bi-annahu (بِأَنَّهُ)

come to them

tatīhim (تَأْتِيهِمْ)

their Messengers

rusuluhum (رُسُلُهُمْ)

with clear proofs

bil-bayināti (بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ)

64:6:7

but they said

faqālū (فَقَالُوا)

64:6:8

Shall human beings

abasharun (أَبَشَرٌ)

ب ش ر (root)

64:6:9

guide us

yahdūnanā (يَهْدُونَنَا)

64:6:10

So they disbelieved

fakafarū (فَكَفَرُوا)

64:6:11

and turned away

watawallaw (وَتَوَلَّوْا)

64:6:12

And can do without them

wa-is'taghnā (وَاسْتَغْنَى)

Allah

And Allah

(is) Self-sufficient

Praiseworthy

Claim

surely you will be raised

surely you will be informed

of what

you did

And that

wadhālika (وَذَلِكَ)

for

ʿalā (عَلَى)

Allah

l-lahi (اللَّهِ)

(is) easy

yasīrun (يَسِيرٌ)

So believe

faāminū (فَءَامِنُوا)

64:8:2

in Allah

bil-lahi (بِاللَّهِ)

64:8:3

and His Messenger

warasūlihi (وَرَسُولِهِ)

64:8:4

and the Light

wal-nūri (وَالنُّورِ)

64:8:5

which

alladhī (الَّذِي)

64:8:6

We have sent down

anzalnā (أَنْزَلْنَا)

And Allah

wal-lahu (وَاللَّهُ)

of what

you do

taʿmalūna (تَعْمَلُونَ)

(is) All-Aware

khabīrun (خَبِيرٌ)

(The) Day

He will assemble you

yajmaʿukum (يَجْمَعُكُمْ)

for (the) Day

liyawmi (لِيَوْمِ)

(of) the Assembly

l-jamʿi (الْجَمْعِ)

that

dhālika (ذَلِكَ)

(will be the) Day

yawmu (يَوْمُ)

(of) mutual loss and gain

l-taghābuni (التَّغَابُنِ)

And whoever

waman (وَمَنْ)

believes

yu'min (يُؤْمِنْ)

in Allah

bil-lahi (بِاللَّهِ)

and does

wayaʿmal (وَيَعْمَلْ)

righteous deeds

ṣāliḥan (صَالِحًا)

He will remove

yukaffir (يُكَفِّرْ)

64:9:14

from him

ʿanhu (عَنْهُ)

64:9:15

his evil deeds

sayyiātihi (سَيِّئَاتِهِ)

and He will admit him

wayud'khil'hu (وَيُدْخِلْهُ)

(to) Gardens

jannātin (جَنَّاتٍ)

underneath it

the rivers

abiding

therein

forever

(is) the success

l-fawzu (الْفَوْزُ)

the great

l-ʿaẓīmu (الْعَظِيمُ)

But those who

wa-alladhīna (وَالَّذِينَ)

disbelieved

kafarū (كَفَرُوا)

and denied

wakadhabū (وَكَذَّبُوا)

[in] Our Verses

biāyātinā (بِءَايَاتِنَا)

those

ulāika (أُولَئِكَ)

(are the) companions

aṣḥābu (أَصْحَابُ)

(of) the Fire

l-nāri (النَّارِ)

abiding forever

khālidīna (خَالِدِينَ)

therein

fīhā (فِيهَا)

And wretched is

wabi'sa (وَبِئْسَ)

the destination

Not

strikes

aṣāba (أَصَابَ)

disaster

by (the) permission

(of) Allah

And whoever

believes

yu'min (يُؤْمِنْ)

in Allah

bil-lahi (بِاللَّهِ)

He guides

yahdi (يَهْدِ)

his heart

qalbahu (قَلْبَهُ)

And Allah

wal-lahu (وَاللَّهُ)

of every

(is) All-Knowing

So obey

wa-aṭīʿū (وَأَطِيعُوا)

Allah

l-laha (اللَّهَ)

and obey

wa-aṭīʿū (وَأَطِيعُوا)

the Messenger

l-rasūla (الرَّسُولَ)

64:12:5

but if

fa-in (فَإِنْ)

64:12:6

you turn away

tawallaytum (تَوَلَّيْتُمْ)

then only

fa-innamā (فَإِنَّمَا)

ا ن ن م (root)

64:12:8

upon

ʿalā (عَلَى)

64:12:9

Our Messenger

rasūlinā (رَسُولِنَا)

(is) the conveyance

l-balāghu (الْبَلَاغُ)

clear

l-mubīnu (الْمُبِينُ)

Allah

al-lahu (اللَّهُ)

(there is) no

lā (لَا)

god

except

the believers

l-mu'minūna (الْمُؤْمِنُونَ)

O you

yāayyuhā (يَاأَيُّهَا)

who

alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

believe

āmanū (ءَامَنُوا)

Indeed

inna (إِنَّ)

your spouses

azwājikum (أَزْوَاجِكُمْ)

and your children

wa-awlādikum (وَأَوْلَادِكُمْ)

(are) enemies

ʿaduwwan (عَدُوًّا)

to you

lakum (لَكُمْ)

so beware of them

fa-iḥ'dharūhum (فَاحْذَرُوهُمْ)

But if

wa-in (وَإِنْ)

64:14:12

you pardon

taʿfū (تَعْفُوا)

and overlook

wataṣfaḥū (وَتَصْفَحُوا)

and forgive

wataghfirū (وَتَغْفِرُوا)

64:14:15

then indeed

fa-inna (فَإِنَّ)

64:14:16

Allah

l-laha (اللَّهَ)

(is) Oft-Forgiving

ghafūrun (غَفُورٌ)

Most Merciful

raḥīmun (رَحِيمٌ)

Only

innamā (إِنَّمَا)

64:15:2

your wealth

amwālukum (أَمْوَالُكُمْ)

and your children

wa-awlādukum (وَأَوْلَادُكُمْ)

(are) a trial

fit'natun (فِتْنَةٌ)

and Allah

wal-lahu (وَاللَّهُ)

with Him

ʿindahu (عِنْدَهُ)

(is) a reward

ajrun (أَجْرٌ)

great

ʿaẓīmun (عَظِيمٌ)

So fear

fa-ittaqū (فَاتَّقُوا)

Allah

you are able

is'taṭaʿtum (اسْتَطَعْتُمْ)

and listen

wa-is'maʿū (وَاسْمَعُوا)

and obey

wa-aṭīʿū (وَأَطِيعُوا)

and spend

wa-anfiqū (وَأَنْفِقُوا)

(it is) better

khayran (خَيْرًا)

for yourselves

li-anfusikum (لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ)

And whoever

waman (وَمَنْ)

is saved

yūqa (يُوقَ)

(from the) greediness

shuḥḥa (شُحَّ)

(of) his soul

nafsihi (نَفْسِهِ)

then those

fa-ulāika (فَأُولَئِكَ)

ا و ل ا (root)

64:16:15

[they]

humu (هُمُ)

(are) the successful ones

l-muf'liḥūna (الْمُفْلِحُونَ)

you loan

(to) Allah

a loan

goodly

ḥasanan (حَسَنًا)

He will multiply it

yuḍāʿif'hu (يُضَاعِفْهُ)

for you

lakum (لَكُمْ)

and will forgive

wayaghfir (وَيَغْفِرْ)

you

And Allah

(is) Most Appreciative

Most Forbearing

(The) Knower
