our Lord

turn devoutly
rāghibūna (رَاغِبُونَ)

kadhālika (كَذَلِكَ)

(is) the punishment
l-ʿadhābu (الْعَذَابُ)

And surely the punishment
walaʿadhābu (وَلَعَذَابُ)

(of) the Hereafter
l-ākhirati (الْءَاخِرَةِ)

(is) greater

(was) blamed

fa-ij'tabāhu (فَاجْتَبَاهُ)

his Lord

and made him

the righteous
l-ṣāliḥīna (الصَّالِحِينَ)

And indeed
wa-in (وَإِنْ)

would almost

those who
alladhīna (الَّذِينَ)

disbelieve
kafarū (كَفَرُوا)

surely make you slip
layuz'liqūnaka (لَيُزْلِقُونَكَ)

with their look
bi-abṣārihim (بِأَبْصَارِهِمْ)
68:51:7
when
lammā (لَمَّا)
68:51:8
they hear
samiʿū (سَمِعُوا)

the Message

and they say
wayaqūlūna (وَيَقُولُونَ)

Indeed he
innahu (إِنَّهُ)

(is) surely mad
