It is considered to be a Meccan Surah as it was revealed in Mecca. The name of this surah comes from the ayah 38. The term appears only once in the Quran and it is believed that it was not used before the Quran.
The 51. Ayah is an important ayah as it describes how God interacts with humans. The ayah talks about 3 ways for God to talk to humans. First one is an inspiration, it can be an idea or dream.
